BenchBuddy is local-first desktop software. Customer records, work orders, inventory, expenses, reports, and manual files are stored on your computer unless you choose to export, back up, or sync them yourself.

Payments are processed by Stripe. License activation is handled through Keygen. Those services may process payment, account, device, and license information needed to complete purchases and manage subscriptions.
