FAQ

Clear answers before you install.

Is BenchBuddy a cloud app?

No. BenchBuddy is a desktop app. Your work orders, customer records, inventory, expenses, and manuals are stored locally on your computer.

How does the subscription work?

BenchBuddy Pro uses license activation. The app can keep working offline for a grace period and checks subscription status periodically.

How do application updates work?

Is sales tax included in the $99 price?

No. $99 is the annual subscription price before tax. Where required, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout using the purchaser's location information.

What happens if my subscription lapses?
