Refund Policy

Effective August 31, 2026.

BenchBuddy includes a 14-day in-app trial so shops can evaluate the software before subscribing.

If you purchased by mistake or cannot activate the app, email m_mandarano@yahoo.com within 14 days of purchase and include enough transaction information for us to locate the purchase. We will review the request in good faith. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are not guaranteed after the trial and review period, and partial subscription periods are not prorated.

Canceling prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed charge. Nothing in this Policy limits nonwaivable rights available under applicable law.
